For anyone who is a leader in an organization where people want to achieve objectives with Lean (Six Sigma) and want to improve continuously.
The role of a Lean Leader
You ensure that the preconditions are present to successfully apply Lean (Six Sigma) in your organization or team. As a Lean leader, you indicate which objectives Green Belts and Black Belts need to achieve by executing Lean (Six Sigma) projects.
Study load
The study load for this e-learning is approximately 12 hours. This is an average. The actual number of hours you must spend depends on your pre-knowledge, whether you want to know all the ins & outs and how much time you want to spend on exercises.
What do you get?
The e-learning consists of four modules, an introduction module and a concluding module.
The module ‘Wat is Lean Leadership?’ is divided into three steps. The study load for this module is approximately 2 hours.
The module ‘The “hard” side of the 7S model’ is divided into three steps. The study load for this module is approximately 4 hours.
The module ‘The “soft” side of the 7S model’ is divided into four steps. The study load for this module is approximately 4 hours.
The module ‘The road to…’ is divided into three steps. The study load for this module is approximately 2 hours.
When you’ve completed all modules you will take an exam. This exam consists of 40 questions, you have 60 minutes to answer all questions. To obtain the certificate you need to score at least 70% on the exam.
Pre-requisites for the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
No specific knowledge is required to take this Lean Leadership (champion) e-learning. However, knowledge of business processes and statistics is an advantage.
The certificate
You will receive the internationally recognized Lean Leadership (Champion) certificate from Skoledo when you’ve completed all units and passed the exam. You must answer at least 28 of the 40 exam questions correctly.
ISO 13053: internationally recognized
This accredited Lean Leadership (Champion) training is in accordance with the international standard ISO13053-1 and ISO13053-2. This internationally recognized standard prescribes:
- What a Champion does within an organization;
- What competences he / she must possess for this and
- What should therefore be addressed in a (virtual) classroom or e-learning

The Lean Leadership (Chamion) was set up by teachers who have been providing training in the field of Lean Six Sigma for years.
